A spot of tea and some new necklaces!

I hope that you all had a fabulous weekend! I certainly did! Saturday My friends and I visited a great local venue for lunch.
La Tea Da, a tea Room and parlour, is in the heart of Rochester NY and has an incredible Victorian vibe! There was a delicious menu catering to ladies as well as a selection of vintage hats and furs to wear while enjoying the pleasant music in the background. My girls and I felt like we were on the set of a movie and decided to speak in English accents!

After lunching on Spinach and feta quiche with a side of portabella and red onion salad, I feasted on a large Hot brownie sundae that was incredibly scrumptious! Aside from a lunch and dessert menu, there are a variety of teas to choose from as well as a brunch service, party reservations and tea services in case you want to just stop in for tea and pastries. Some other tantalizing treats on the menu were Fresh Scones with Devonshire Cream, and a series of cupcakes of the day.

Another great feature are the three different rooms. There is a Red room, green room and Alice in Wonderland room. Each is beautifully decorated in a unique way and ladies of allll ages were giggling around us like little girls over the sheer cuteness of every detail in the venue. The service was friendly, very fast and the food delicious...you MUST check it out for good times!
